Bennett Giggling

Friday night my dad was in the Indianapolis area and stopped by. The visit was quick, too quick in fact, but he brought out the giggles and laughs in Bennett.

Here is a short video of Bennett laughing at my dad. My dad was pretending to sneeze and Bennett thought it was great. He thought it was so funny that he would even stop breathing.

Bennett was air drying after one of his baths. The TV remote that was on our bed caught his attention. He was determined to grab it.

After reaching and scooting he finally got his hands on the TV remote. He enjoyed pushing the buttons and as with most items he gets his hands on, the remote went straight to the mouth.

Two Of A Kind!

Many months ago when Graham and I were anxiously awaiting Bennett's arrival I blogged wondering who Bennett would resemble. Mom or Dad??? Well anyone who has met Bennett or even seen his pictures, knows he is most definitely his daddy's boy. Bennett is developing a few characteristics from Mommy but he is definitely a little Graham.

I guess you could say this is a belated Father's Day post. I had every intention of posting some pictures of Bennett and Graham for Father's day and didn't get around to it. As Bennett quickly approaches his 5-month birthday, I am still in awe of Graham and Bennett together. Some of my greatest moments as a Mom have been watching Bennett and Graham together.

Best Buddies!

Before Bennett was sleeping through the night, Graham would get up on the weekends and take Bennett downstairs so I could get some sleep. I often times found the two of them snuggled together on the couch. Although we are thrilled Bennett sleeps through the night, I think Graham misses that time together.

Happy 4th of July

Hope everyone had a great July 4th. The three of us had a jam-packed weekend filled with good food, good friends and fireworks. Even though the weather was crummy and rainy, (which by the way our yard and flowers needed a good rain) we had a busy weekend and I think Bennett enjoyed his first July 4th (he slept through all the fireworks).
